There are always rumours going around that Vancouver is such a beautiful city, with the big mountains, tall buildings and scenic views. Let me take you on a tour of False Creek and Downtown Vancouver.
I hope you’re ready… Let’s go!
How beautiful is False Creek? Can you believe this is literally on our doorstep, only a matter of minutes away. Very lucky indeed!
Next stop? Downtown Vancouver! Riding the skyline on the Canada Line straight down to Vancouver City Centre. Think London tube crossed with the Parisian subway and you have the skyline.
A little trip up to the Vancouver Outlook to see a skyline of the city. It is definitely the Shard of Vancouver.
You could not come to Canada and not try the specialities that are on offer, that us English people are deprived off in England, so without a doubt a trip to Starbucks was required – a sparking Passion Tango tea was on the cards for a sunny, hot day. We NEED these in England!!
North America have single Versace and Gucci stores, not even within general stores. Genuinely walked past with my draw dropped!!
‘Cupcakes’ cupcakes was something I could not leave Downtown without trying. Founded in Vancouver it self, it is a real treat to their own as I have never tried cupcakes that are so soft, fluffy and full of flavour. I ordered a little lemon on lemon cupcake, but I took a buttercup (peanut butter) and a coconut one too for the extended family. Everyone gave a massive thumps up.
Can you believe that it has only been day 2 of my 31 day trip to Vancouver? I don’t want to come home already.

Until next time…
