#OOTD: Polo In The Park

As an equine enthusiast, I would never miss an opportunity to experience a sport that involves horses.  My history with horses goes way back, every since I was a little child. If you fancy having a read, here is an old post. Polo is becoming a more well known sport in England and is popping up in more places around the country now.
How could London possibly miss out on hosting such a prestigious event? Simply, it couldn’t. Therefore, Polo in the Park was born. A chance to experience Polo in the heart of London, on 5-7th June at Hurlingham Park near Putney Bridge and Parson Green station.
Besides the point of it being a fun day out, it is also an opportunity to put on your favourite summery, eye-catching outfits, sip a glass of pimms and enjoy a well deserved break under the sun.

I have put together an outfit of how I would personally dress to Polo In The Park*, I hope you like it.

Breton stripe coming back into fashion from last summer, it was a must that I included a little into this outfit. The t-shirt being quite subtle in colour, it allowed extravagant salmon coloured shorts to be worn, especially as the weather being so warm June, shorts are a must. Accessorised with with a plain yet elegant Daniel Wellington watch and silver Anchor and Crew bangle. Finished off with a pair of woven leather shoes, to keep my feet cool and at maximum comfort. Overall, providing that young, flashy, summer time look ready for a day of polo in the park.

T-shirt: Topman // Shorts: H&M // Shoes: Office // Watch: Daniel Wellington // Bangle: Anchor & Crew
