#OOTD: Daytime Blazer Chic

Gone are the days when it was cold enough to wear a full blown jacket, but now we are in spring, the weather is getting warm enough to leave the house with a t-shirt and a light jacket.
I personally love to channel my smart look into every day life, as you have probably seen in past outfit posts. Blazers are a great way to dress up a casual outfit, making it look a bit smarter with it being a great wind breaker too – win win!
However, many people believe that you have to wear a shirt to put a blazer on. I personally think it works just as well with a plain or lightly patterned t-shirt underneath. I would not try a polo shirt, because we all know that would just look disastrous!
Using this blazer I got sent from 883 Police, I thought I would give it a shot and show people how I would dress a blazer in the warmer weather, making it look smart and chic whilst having a casual underlay.

It being made of 97% polyester, it keeps you suitably warm without overheating and prevents you getting wet during unexpected April showers.

The black colour keeps it simple, allowing you to dress it with pretty much anything and everything. I  dressed it with a light underlay, to keep it more of a daytime outfit, however paired with a shirt or some black jeans it would be perfect for the evening wear too!

Comfortable, durable and smart. What more could you want from a blazer? A great addition to 883 polices line and a definite winner in my eyes. I cannot wait to start wearing it out and about during the warm summer evenings and cooler daytimes.
