Neal’s Yard Remedies Calendula Cleanser*

Knowing what is good for your skin is one thing, but trying to find the product to match what you want it to do, that’s the harder part.
My morning face cleanser consists of energising and deep exfoliating products to get the skin awake and ready for a day in the big smoke. However, my night skin cleanser needs to be something cream based, moisturising gentle and soothing.
I was desperately on the look out and nothing really won me over, but I am pleased to announce that a cleanser has actually made the cut and has made occupied a permanent position in my night skincare routine.
Before we jump into the product, let’s talk about the brand first. Neal’s Yard Remedies first opened in Covent Garden, a London based skincare company, how awesome is that?!
The thing that stood out to me the most about Neal’s Yard Remidies was the fact all their products are  natural, where all the ingredients are organically grown too! If you are a regular reader of my blog, you will know I love natural skincare products. Let’s say goodbye to skin ruining chemicals and start using what the earth provides us, right? The thought of natural ingredients and a London based company, I decided to give it a go and see what is was all about.
I did not know that I would end up falling in love with it though. It literally sits on my bathroom shelf glowing… I think the pictures says it all!
The Calendula Cleanser is fantastic! It ticks all the boxes for me. It is cream based for starters, which is what I was on the look out for, it lathers up very quickly, smells divine and does the job effectively. What more could you possibly want?
My favourite part is how gentle it is on the skin, leaving it extremely soft post-cleanse which is all thanks to the moisturising plant oils combined with the calendula flower (also known as marigold).
The Calendula Cleanser is a real winner for me and an absolute steal at only £15.50. It is perfect if you dry sensitive skin or have skin conditions.
