Day 11: Last Movie I Saw In The Theatres

The best quote in the whole film!

I am going to apologise again for being so rubbish about posting on time, I have been getting so busy lately that I have been having to put off posts until the next day. I promise I will be more attentive with my posts over the next 20 days of the blog challenge!

The last film I saw in the theatres was Frozen, if you follow me on Twitter, you will know about my Frozen obsession. I personally think it has been the best Disney film in a long time, I absolutely adore it.

Personally, one of my favourite things about the movie is that it is different to all the other films. A traditional Disney film is where a prince and princess fall in love and battle the evil step mother, then finally live happily ever after. Frozen tells a different story, that there is no such thing as marrying somebody you just met, it is impossible to know everything about somebody and grow feelings and passion for that person so fast.  Frozen portrayed it perfectly, where prince Hans was not everything Anna thought he was and actually turned out to be a bad guy in the end.

Another favourite of mine is in most Disney films, the prince is the one that normally saves the princess. In Frozen, Kristoff was coming to save Anna to prevent her from freezing where only true love can melt her Frozen heart but instead the true love of a her own sister, Elsa was what defrosted her heart. It just goes to show that family are just as important and can express the exact same love.

If you have not seen it yet, I do recommend you do see it. It is going to be released on the 31st March on DVD, so be sure to pre-order your copy today from your nearest Disney store.

Thanks for reading,
