Whaaaaey! I have made it to one third of the way through the blog challenge. I think it is proving to be a bit more challenging than I thought because of the titles that have been chosen. Some I am passionate about and others not so much, but that’s life, you cannot always take the easy road.
Today’s post is definitely an interesting one, I am intrigued as to what songs I actually have on my iPod and the remembering why I added them on there in the first place!
#1 Lady Gaga – Alejandro – I used to be a huge fan of Lady Gaga before but this one is a charmer, I remember added it to my iPod many moons ago as it was one of my favourite songs sung by her. It was fresh, different and had my ears dancing!
#2 Rihanna – Man Down – This is one of those songs that came on Rihanna’s album, I had never heard it before but as I went through her album I would come across it and it slowly grew on me.
#3 David Guetta – Falling To Pieces – A song that I actually put on my iPod willingly after hearing it on the radio, I am normally not a huge fan of David Guetta but this song was different and it had me dancing to it.
#4 Loick Essien – How We Roll – I had never heard of Loick before this song, my sister told me to listen to it one day on Youtube and I actually fell in love with it, so onto the iPod it went!
#5 Enrique Iglesias – Can You Hear Me – I don’t remember how I found this song, but this is definitely a song to listen to, it is so catchy!
#6 Sean Kingston – Eenie Meenie – I know for a fact that this collaboration was done when Justin Bieber was a new and everyone loved him but it is definitely a track that I listen to when I am having a bit of a cheesy day. Olden is golden!
#7 Jamelia – Superstar – This is one of my favourite songs that I have on my iPod, I have always loved this song and I will always love it too. Whenever it comes on I definitely find myself having a little dance around my room – such a tune!
#8 Katy Perry – Firework – After hearing TGIF by Katy Perry, I decided to check out other songs from the same album and I came across Firework. I really like the song, it is easy to get lost in the song but the lyrics are slightly odd…
#9 Paramore – My Heart – I originally heard this song in secondary school when my two friends were doing a duet for the end of term assembly, so I had to find the song and get it onto my iPod. I do have to admit, I did prefer the way they sung it as I was slightly disappointed when I heard the actual song.
#10 Hey Monday – Candles – My old best friend got me into Hey Monday, I remember going to Portsmouth to see them. I held Cassadee Pope’s hand that night, was the best day. Candles is definitely one of their sadder songs but I do love it!
I hope you liked my 10 song shuffle on my music player.
Do you like any of the songs mentioned?

Just listened to My Heart by Paramore for the first time – it's amazing! My iPod is full of religious songs, cringey pop and King Charles (who is so great!). 🙂
