Two Week Round Off #1

Where do I start?! Firstly sorry for not blogging lately, it’s been such a busy fortnight to say the least!

I still have the lingering cough and won’t seem to leave me alone, four weeks and counting. Surely it can’t be called ‘freshers flu’ still right?!

Well I have to think what I did at the start of a fortnight ago. Well the week started off with wee lovely fondue night at Lizzie’s, nothing can beat some beat some fruit or marshmallows dipped in smooth yummy chocolate. It was literally heaven for my taste buds. Sometimes its nice to have an evening in with friends, sitting around a table with some food, having a few laughs. All good fun!

I took a picture, so you could all be jealous!

The day after followed with me getting my haircut in London. Now, for those of you that know me very well… i’m very protective over my hair and how its cut, so it was a big step for me to go out and get it cut by somebody else other than my usual hairdressers… (If you’re reading this, you better feel appreciated Anita!) Overall, the hair cut was on par, a few things let it down but could have been a lot better. Ah well, hair grows, i’ll get it cut again… properly this time!

You all knew this was coming, a cheeky selfie!

Alongside uni life, I have kept my meals up to scratch and my meal preps seem to be getting better. Eating healthier and going to the gym… I need to get some sort of figure back after all those McDonalds over the summer at the yard. -cough- Ellis and Charlotte’s influence -cough- 😉

Mid-afternoon snack of Avocado with sugar sprinkled on top!
My chicken curry’s are getting better, yipeee!!
Mackerel and vegetable rice
Delicious home-made baguette!

Even through my busy schedule, I still manage to make time for my friends whether it be over Skype or going out with my flat mates for a lovely night out. Although most of our night outs always end up with us in chicken cottage by the end of the night. Hands down, best thing ever when you have the munchies – especially an early morning one!

Check out my two stunning friends; I was feeling a bit mean so I took screenshots of them doing silly things. Now you can all see who i’m my crazy nature is influenced by…

Victim No.1 … Anna
Victim No.2… Khushbo

All is fun and games when Westfields puts on a 20% off most of the clothes for uni students only… well myself, my sister and Anna definitely took their generosity.

I came home with some lovely goodies, a shirt, a couple of t-shirts, a pair of jeans and some stunning new shoes (in love with them!)

How sexy are they?!

I’ve been studying hard but also playing hard too… going out too, so here is what we get up to before we go out!

People have started to tag ‘Miley Cyrus’ on my Instagram pictures because of my new favourite tongue pose… ha ha ha very funny guys!

We also had Zahera bhen’s wedding to go to (my mum’s cousins daughter) which was brilliant! Was lovely to see such a lovely ceremony. Best of all though was seeing my parents and the rest of my family! It was just what I needed to lift myself up!

All dressed up!
The lovely bride and groom!

The last few days of this week has been spent seeing a few friends, eating lots of lovely treats and studying hard.

Lovely catch up with Anna
Hot chocolate with lovely yummy marshmallows
My favourite of course, Nandos!

That’s all for now guys, hope you are all well and that I haven’t bored you too much with all the photos and all!

Ciao for now!
