Montagne Jennesse Face Treatments*

Today I had one of those stressful days, where nothing actually goes right. From almost slipping over various times to dodging annoying tourists just to get to uni, the joys of Oxford Street.
Living in the big smoke, I struggle to get fit in some ‘me time’, where I can just relax and have a bit of a fix up. The pollution through the air, the late nights, it all catches up on you eventually.
I think the people over at Montagne Jennesse felt some of these vibes, as I had a package waiting for me in my mailbox this evening which contained a face mask and some eye rescue masks.

An small smile started to emerge on my face, I knew what this meant… an evening having some ‘me time’ at last!

First, I needed to sort out the horrid dark circles sitting under my eyes due to my sleepless nights and early mornings. I quickly opened the packet, slapped on the eye rescue masks, sat back and listened to some music while a tingling sensation started… they were working their sea kelp magic!

You are all lucky to see me with such things on my face… not even my best friend does! Don’t say I don’t spoil you guys!

After the 15 minutes were up, it was time to remove the pads and move onto the next stage of my relaxing face treatment – a dirty and grime cleaning face mask. I smothered it all over my face, so classy I know… a cinnamon and ginger heating sensation started to power over my face – it was like sitting in a sauna! I could feel all my pores opening and a real deep cleanse taking place.

I have to admit, I do resemble something that has just come out of the Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory…

I returned back to my musical zone as all the dirt slowly oozed itself out… I am painting a perfect picture aren’t I?!

A further 15 minutes later, it was time to wash it all off. Nothing feels better than a fresh and clean face, along with lighter complexion and a sink full of grime… yummy!

My camera just does not do the post mask shots justice. My sister even commented on how much lighter and fresher I looked.

I throughly enjoyed the spa like experience within the comfort of my very own home, thanks to Montagne Jennesse.
