I’ve always had a pre-vision of how i’d think being a fresher would be. Non-stop die hard parties, making friends left right and center, being home sick, feeling independent and exploring a new place.
It’s been the first few days, having moved to a city from a town and it’s certainly extremely different!
I absolutely love London life, it’s so out there and unique. It’s definitely a place to experience at least once in your life.
Moving in was interesting, I probably brought more stuff than half the people in my building, purely due to the fact that my parents are over cautious when it comes to us. What are they like… Anyway, the move in went well all in all…
The goodbye…well I always visioned it to be an emotional thing, as its the first time i’ve been away from them properly without any family around. Luckily, it was a emotion-free experience and we left each other with smiling faces.
I have to admit my flat mates are a one in a million, they are absolutely smashing people, absolute party animals. I thought it would be hard moving in with people you had met for the first time but it was the total opposite, so i’m extremely happy on that front too.
Find people on the same course as you is the best thing, so far i’ve only found three other people on my course but none the less it’s better than having nobody eh?!
Freshers has been good so far, even though it’s early days still but I shall keep you all updated with the upcoming antics!
I thought i’d finish off with a picture of a Biochem friend and I last night before going to The Penthouse. CRAZZZZZY!
That’s all for now guys, i’ll keep you updated
Much love…
