I remember visiting the Chelsea branch of Marco Pierre White’s restaurant a while back. Since then, there had been a refurbishment of Marco’s sister locations in the city, London Steakhouse C0. On Tuesday evening, Binny and I went out to give the newly face lifted restaurant a try and see what the fuss was about.
We were delighted to be joined by Roxii for cocktail and a good catch up. It had been a while, so it was lovely to see her again.

The pornstar martinis were in full force! They were so, so good! Clearly made with good quality alcohol and juice because there was a perfect layer of froth with quite a thick consistency below which proved it. My go to cocktail is a pornstar martini, so I would like to think i’m a connoisseur by now!

Binny went for a classic mojito, but I could have guessed that before we ordered. She is most definitely the mojito queen!
Before we knew it, Roxii had to jet off and meet her boyfriend, so Binny and I checked out the menu. There were so many smashing dishes to choose from, but the beef carpaccio won me over.

It was extremely light, which is what I wanted. Especially as a three course meal can get extremely filling if you’re not careful and I love dessert to much. 😉

Binny ordered the beetroot salad with goats cheese and honey roasted walnuts, which was the special of the day. Another light and scrumptious looking dish, with bright red tones making it really appetising.
I really loved the venue itself. It was classy with a romantic feel running through it. Complete with backlight bar cabinets and marbled worktops – my sort of decor. From what Roxii told us about the refurbishment a lot of money had been spent to bring the restaurant up to the luxury standard of the area and name that resinates with it.
I’m a huge steak lover, without a doubt. However, as London Steakhouse Co. is a steak house in itself, their steaks were bound to be good. I thought I would see how well they they made their alternative dishes. The beef bourgeon caught my eye, as it was something quite different.

The beef was so well cooked, very tender with button mushrooms inside and a delicious beef gravy. Served with a side of creamy mash potato. Mmmm! Definitely makes for the perfect winter feel good dish.

Binny went for the lobster, served with portion of fries and parmesan. Binny absolutely loved the lobster and was a winner for her. I didn’t try it, as i’m not a huge seafood fan.

The highlight of the meal was the dessert, for me. I absolutely love crème brûlée and to see it on the menu, just stole the show. It is also really easy to mess up the dessert too, but they had made it perfectly. I was in good company, as Binny ordered it too and had the same views as me. Just perfect!
An excellent meal, from start to finish. Amazing cocktails, brilliant service and excellent food. I will definitely be returning to the London Steakhouse Co. and definitely feel like everyone should give it a try too!
London Steakhouse Co. are also taking bookings for Christmas with two different menus, one that is £35 per person and another £55 per person. You can rest assured you will be in for a good night with divine food through the festive season when dining here.

I love pornstar martinis and I can NEVER pass on dessert, it’s the first thing I look at on any menu!! The beetroot salad and lobster look yum and I love that they’ve emblazoned London Steakhouse Co on their tableware xx
Why am I not surprised that you had a pornstar martini and Binny had a mojito?!
I’ve yet to meet Roxii and I can’t wait til next week when I do! She seems like good fun!

That beef looked divine, so perfectly cooked! And a creme brulee is my go to dessert too, I can’t resist if I see it on the menu!
Oh wow that beetroot salad looked so good, as well as the mojito! I love how golden the creme brulee looked too. You always share the nicest looking places so I must check some of these out soon. The food looked so good! – Tasha
