When I came to thinking about what I was going to write for this post, I had to decide what direction I was going to take it in. Was I going to put a twist on it and pick somebody that fascinates me in a bad way or would I take it in the good way direction? I decided to go for the bad way.
I feel that popularity and fame has become weak, what happened to fame going to somebody who is worthy of receiving it after doing something great? People like Albert Einstein deserved their fame, not people that make disgusting Facebook videos to get famous.
This brings me onto the person that fascinates me, Kim Kardashian. My fascination for Kim is like no other, it is in fact me questioning how she even became famous? What did she do that was so great? The answer to that is nothing.
Kim may be hotter than your average lady (after all that plastic surgery though, who would not?!) but having this in mind, releasing a sex tape whilst being a cast member of the show ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’, her popularity shot through the roof.
Now I think, there are many other “stars” that have done the same thing, Tulisa Contostavlos for example. She was a part of the music group ‘N-Dubz’ and was then a judge on X Factor, but she never got the long term popularity? I’m glad she did not though, as it is not something should become famous for.
All in all, Kim Kardashian fascinates me for what she did to get rich and famous, how it was just handed to her on a plate because of the activities she took part in to do so.
